For the past two years, I have been the Executive Producer of the We Grow Together and Dealmaking with Laura DiFrancesco Podcast. Produced in both an audio and visual format, I am in charge of the content, the filming, editing, distributing, and the promotion of each episode.

Host Laura DiFrancesco encapsulates what is means to be an entrepreneur. The founder of Flourish Coworking and Event Space, Ethereal Farms, LD Brand, Dean Street Law, just to name a few, Laura pursued law to become an entrepreneur. Founding her own law firm that specializes in mergers and acquisition, Laura’s mission is to provide access to information that’s not readily available.
The Dealmaking with Laura DiFrancesco Podcast is all about the legal side of M&A, giving insight into this complex world of deals and contracts.
I was able to be apart of this podcasts creation back in 2024. Now, as the executive producer, I’ve had the opportunity to optimize this show, expanding our reach and connection with community in just 2 short years.

Laura has done it all. From triple majoring in undergrad to completing her JD and MBA shortly after, Laura DiFrancesco is a powerhouse. How does she do it all?
The We Grow Together Podcast is all about entrepreneurship, lifestyle design, wellness, and learning with the foundation that we all grow together. From tips to stay organized in life, to engaging in thought provoking conversations with guests.
This podcast launched in 2020 where Laura was joined with her sister and friend. After a few months of posting, the podcast took a hiatus until 2024 (that’s where I come in). I took the core of what We Grow Together stands for and modernized it, focusing first on Laura and her individual accomplishments and mindset, then inviting guests from the community to share their stories.
The We Grow Together has taken another pause as energy is centered around the Dealmaking with LD podcast for a time; but, stay tuned for new episodes in the near future.
